This collection, is another attempt to reach meditative states that allow the mind to free itself, and ascend to spiritual planes. Within stream of consciousness, takes place healing. Through conscious breathing, pranayama, and centering thoughts within, peace can be achieved. This healing music can be used to heal, center, calm down mind, relax and re-generate. The trick is "not to listen to it, but to forget it". We are not looking for perfection. Perfection is present without anyone telling us something is perfect or not. Through Intent, Tao is reached.
